Return & Refund Policy – Pionex Fab
At Pionex Fab, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Products showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.
2. Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

If the order is prepaid, the customer will not need to pay any return shipping charges.

Our team will arrange the pickup.

After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, customers have two return options:
Option 1 – Pay Return Shipping Fee

If the customer pays the return shipping fee, the refund will be processed to the customer's bank account.
Option 2 – Free Return Without Shipping Fee

If the customer does not want to pay the return shipping fee, the refund amount will not be transferred to the bank account.

Instead, the amount will be added to the customer's Pionex Fab wallet/store credit.

The customer can use this wallet balance anytime to purchase another product from our website.
4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds or wallet credits will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or promotional campaigns may not be eligible for return.
