Return & Refund Policy – Pionex Fab

At Pionex Fab, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.

2. Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

  • If the order is prepaid, the customer will not need to pay any return shipping charges.

  • Our team will arrange the pickup.

  • After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, customers have two return options:

Option 1 – Pay Return Shipping Fee

  • If the customer pays the return shipping fee, the refund will be processed to the customer's bank account.

Option 2 – Free Return Without Shipping Fee

  • If the customer does not want to pay the return shipping fee, the refund amount will not be transferred to the bank account.

  • Instead, the amount will be added to the customer's Pionex Fab wallet/store credit.

  • The customer can use this wallet balance anytime to purchase another product from our website.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds or wallet credits will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or promotional campaigns may not be eligible for return.
